I am trying to adapt to eating wheat bread and honestly, I find wheat bread very bland and drying. Usually, you`re supposed to add some mayonnaise or mustard but I am not quite a fan, however spreads are growing on me slowly. The past week, my parents bought a new type of bread from Costco - this is the Alpine Valley Bread in Organic Honey Chia. This bread claims to be low in fat, all natural, no oils, low sodium, rich in antioxidants and made from whole grains. I was really hesitate to try this bread because I have tried this brand in other flavors and I personally didn`t quite enjoy it that much. I have been eating this bread with in all sorts of styles: With peanut butter, cheese, avocado, and ham sandwiches. This bread is really good even by itself which is a shock to me but the only downside is the inside of the bread sticks to my teeth! No matter how I eat this bread, I have to immediately floss and use my waterpik.
