I only tried this after I was informed of either its health benefits or that is a better alternative to milk. I like to eat almonds so I figured I`d try this. After hearing about its health benefits or that it`s a better alternative to regular milk, I researched and discovered it`s a great substitute for those who are lactose intolerant because it`s made from finely ground almonds with water. I also read it`s good for those with soy allergies, and gluten allergies because almond milk doesn`t contain soy, or casein, a milk protein chemically similar to gluten.
