I decided to bake a diferent cake using only egg whites, ten egg whites to be exact.
It`s 350 g of sugar
200 g of flour
10 egg whites
juice of an orange
Its really easy to make and it takes little time.
I think it tastes delicious, but this time I decided to put something on top. A custard made of condensed milk and fresh cream.
Have you ever eaten a cake with no egg yolks?
