This is a Portuguese dish which was considered last year one of the seven top typical dishes in Portugal. It is natural from Mirandela but you can find them anywhere, they usually serve it with eggs, vegetables and potatoes. Jewish created this so people wouldn`t know they didn`t eat porc. They are some sort of sausage with a variety of meat inside such as porc, cow, rabbit, duck, chicken. My favourite is the vegetarian.
