I went to eat lunch at Ajisen Ramen this afternoon. In the past I always ordered kimchi ramens, but this time I wanted to try something different and ordered the curry pork cutlet ramen. Their ramen was good as usual. Ajisen Ramen is famous for the white broth made from slow-cooking of tender rib porks until it makes a nice milky white broth. I don`t usually eat cutlets but this was good as well. Okonomi sauce was served with the pork cutlet which reminded me of takoyaki that I haven`t had in a long time.
