Aged Cheese Bread Snack!

This has been one of my favorite things to have as an after school snack. Depending on when I get home, sometimes it`s not dinner time yet, but I just feel like snacking on something. This is one of the simplest things to make. The bread is just french bread from Lucky`s, which is now one of the best places to get bread in my area because they bake it fresh at the beginning of the day and another batch in the middle of the day, so you can get fresh warm bread daily! The fact that it`s so fresh, makes it really soft, and not stale like a lot of bread loaves you can get at other supermarkets. What I do, is I sprinkle on a little black pepper salt, then I sprinkle on some aged parmesan cheese. The pepper gives the bread a little zing, and the aged parmesan cheese gives the bread an amazing flavor. The cheese smells like stinky feet, but it tastes so good, so just be warned when you open up the oven.

The bread is about $3 from Lucky`s and the Cheese is about $5 from Costco, but you can use any cheese you like!
