Afternoon Snack

I`m always hungry. I generally eat every hour.

This is what I generally eat around 3 pm in the afternoon.

It`s Low Fat Plain Greek Yogurt topped with 1/2 cup blueberries and 1/2 cup strawberries with about 10-15 almonds.

A high protein, high fibre, low fat and very healthy snack.

What do you guys think?
