This is what I had for a snack at 3 o`clock. A Dannon Light n Fit Strawberry Banana yogurt and a plate of red seedless grapes. I switched it up yogurt wise and ate one of my Dannon Light `n Fit Yogurts. I typically make smoothies with these but I haven`t had a smoothie in a while so I figured I ought to eat them before they go bad. I really like this yogurt, it`s nice and creamy and blends up wonderfully in the blender but is also good enough to eat on its own. To go along with it, I finished up the bag of grapes I had. I picked up these grapes at the market earlier in the week and they were the best grapes I`ve had all year. Sadly, they`re gone, so I`m hoping I can snag another bag while on my lunch break tomorrow.
