Aerie Bralette Sale Haul

I really don`t know what`s with me and bralettes on Boxing Day but I decided to head on over to Aerie to check their selection. And just like Pink, they were having a Buy One and Get One 50% off sale on bras. I decided to only get three since I couldn`t find a fourth bralette I liked since they were sadly all sold out of my size in the colour I wanted.

First Impressions:

-Style: These bralettes are the `Softest Lace Perky Bralette.` What`s different about these bralettes is that these ones have the `perky` padding that gives your girls more of a lift and support than the typical unlined bralettes. I like how these have a slight bit more padding since I worry about my bits peeking out when it`s freezing. So a bit more padding is a safer option than an unlined bralette.

-Design: The whole bralette has lace around with adjustable straps. The back is a single layer of lace so their is no lining beneath it. The padding is not removable.

-Colours: Aerie offers quite a large range of colours such as: lime green, yellow, blue, purple, grey, navy, black, white, pink, blush/peach, etc. I decided to settle for more neutral colours since they would probably work better with the rest of my wardrobe than lime green would. They colours I picked up were black, white and blush/peach. The colour I really wanted to get was the grey one but unfortunately they didn`t have my size anymore.

-Sizing: Just like Pink, these bralettes are sized from XS to XL. But Pink only offers their sizes up to a L. I found their bralettes a little hard to work around my shoulders since they are broad but the size I chose fit well around my chest. I find that the size I chose at Pink is also appropriate to follow at Aerie.

-Price: Each of these bralettes are $24.95 CAD but since they were having a sale, I got one for 50% off.

Overall, I really like the bralettes I got because they give my just the right amount of padding and comfort. I can imagine myself wearing these more often since they are super comfy.

Do you like bralettes?
