You can`t stay in French Quarter and not stop by Acme Oyster House. We stayed about 2 blocks away from this place and knew we had to stop by for a quick lunch before doing anything else (especially since their wait for dinner is incredibly long).
I love having raw oysters (with a squeeze of lime and that extra hot sauce for that kick), and New Orleans is definitely a place to have it. You get the freshest oysters.
Along with that you had to have a bit of jambalaya, because Creole food in general is just amazing.
