Hi everyone! Recently I started to workout to get in shape for summer. My main goal is to get flat stomach and abs.
I do crunches and planks everyday and I try to eliminate greasy food out of my diet. Instead of that I eat more vegetables and protein (meat, eggs, fish, greek yoghurt). I also drink more water. The ab area was always my biggest problem and I heard from a trainer at the gym that if I want to loose fat from my belly I have to change my diet. No matter how many crunches I do - it won`t change anything if I don`t eat healthy. I assumed she knew what she was talking about and I`ve change my diet and now I can see results. My goal is to achieve abs like those on the photo.
