Abricotine and mushroom omelette

Here is another delicious breakfast we had. The omelette was like the ones I have posted lately. It was think, oven baked and had mushrroms at the bottom. Cheese too - absolutely delicious. So sliced mushrooms were put at the bottom at the pan and 8 beaten eggs with salt and pepper were poured on top. after it was done cooking, it was put in the oven.

The abricotine was bought at Première Moisson. It was sweet and very sticky !! The inside was so yummy, this is definitely for someone witha sweet tooth, the abricot tastes like peach so if you like peach, you`ll like the fruit inside. I warmed it up for 40 seconds before I ate it and it made it all soft, hot and chewy.
