This dish here is abalone with stir fried big snow pea sprout leaves. I rarely eat abalone cause one, it`s expensive and 2, I don`t know how to cook it. I could look up recipes but it takes forever to cook. I think you have to like braise it for a hour or more for the flavor to fully develop. But I had this while I was eating out and it was really good. The abalone wasn`t really chewy and that is a plus and I love the veggies. Have you tried abalone?
