so i saw this the other day and thought i would give it a try! it looks like it is fairly easy and i have been noticing im getting out of shape so i tried it
it was not that hard but i could feel it in my abs after completing the whole exercise! so maybe if i do this every day i can get more fit ( but i will have to do other exercises too of coarse)
one thing i had a problem with was what the exercises meant! what do they mean by plank? or leg lift? maybe because i dont do cheerleading ( im assuming the girl in the picture is a cheerleader because of her outfit) thats why i dont know what the moves mean but i dont mind i just made up what i thought was a plank ( i was in push up position and held it) and i could still feel my abs so thats good!
would you try this?
any good exercise ideas?
