We all know what we all want! Sexy 6 pack abs especially around this time. Summer time is a great time to get yourself together and have a sexy body. A great way to tighten up your unwanted belonging is to do planks. Planks are made to exercise, build strength and help you with your endurance.
To get started you should ask yourself can I handle the plank a day challenge? It`s basically a simple step for you to do. All you need to do is do one plank exercise a day just for a minute. Simple right? To do a proper plank you`ll need to do the following!
lay on the stomach by positioning your toes and forearms.
don`t arch your back on a upward or downward position. by keeping your belly straight try to draw your stomach towards your spine.
hold your position as long as you can. Try aiming it for 30 sec to a minute.
don`t forget to breathe. Inhale and exhale.
I think ima have to give this a try and see how things goes from there. I`m trying to find a simple way to do some exercise routine without trying to hurt myself. I`m feeling like a grandma. Lol
