This is one of my favourite workouts on Youtube for my bum!! This is killer, but you should really try it. It hurts so bad but after it you`ll feel great.

You should check her videos out, and do some of her workouts. She`s mainly uses pilates moves. I love these, because they are really effective! I enjoy doing them
So you should do this short workout at least three times a week and you`ll have amazing results!!!
