So i`ve recently made the commitment to myself to get in better shape.
No i am not working out to get "skinny" because a line isn`t a shape so you can`t get into shape by turning into a pole.
My goal is to exercise the amount of 10 miles a week, and get to the Gym at least three days a week.
I am starting this next week. I will be updating my progress once a week (hopefully).
Here`s my log from my last work out January 17th:
Distance: 2 miles
Distance: 2.07 miles
My goal is to get my Tred speed up to 5 MPH by the end of February. So goal set let see if i can do it!
