A Healthier Road: Yummy Spinach Turnovers

I love to cook delicious and healthy foods, and I love to share my recipes as well.Heres my recipe for turnovers. You can add what ever you like it in meat, cheese, vegetables and if you want to add fruit replace tumeric onion garlic and curry with 1/2 sugar and if you do not eat eggs you can subsitute it with flax eggs which is just flax seed meal whisked with warm water
2 1/2 cps of flour
1 egg
1 Tsp of sea salt*
4 tsp of baking powder
1 cup of water
2 tbsp of curry
1 tbsp of tumeric
2tsp onion gradulated
2tsp garlic gradulated
1 tsp cumin
2 cups frozen spinach(defrosted and drained
1 cup mozzerella cheese** (or whatever cheese you prefer almond is delicious)
Sea Salt* (optional)
1 tsp garlic gradulated
1tsp onion gradulated
1tsp italian seasoning or oregano

Cook spinach on medium heat add seasonings then cheese cook for about 5 mins

In large bowl combine flour baking powder salt and seasoning
Then add egg and water stir until it becomes dough then place flour on a counter or table and knead dough for atleast 5 min. Afterwards seperate dough into good size ball rolled the out the balls but not to thin add filling on one side of the dough then place the other side over it press down ends with a fork.
Place on baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray. bake at 350 ° for 10 to 15 mins.

*sea salt does not cause high blood pressure
** if decide to use real cheese use cheese with no animal rennet
