A Healthier Road: Kale Salad

Here my recipe for kale salad its yummy yummy yummy. And its so full of protien it has more protien than meat!



1 Pack of kale

2 small tomatoes chopped

1 red onion

1 Green bell pepper

1 cucumber

Cranberries (optional)



1/2 Cup of Agave nectar

2 lemons

1/2 cup of olive oil

1 tsp Italian seasoning or Oregano

1 tsp garlic granulated

1 tsp cayenne pepper

1 tsp of salt

1 tsp of onion powder


Combine chopped onions, tomatos, bell peppers, cucumbers and kale in large bowl.

Squeeze lemon into small bowl add the agave and seasonings then whisk. let marinade in refrigerator for half an hour. Pour marinade on salad and mix then serve
