A Great Breakfast To Start Off The Day!

1 Scrambled egg with chopped mushroom and a slice of green pepper (or any veggie you like)
Green Tea with a very little amount of sugar or if you don`t want any then leave it plain or put honey in it.
1-2 slices of hearty grains bread.
A very good way to start the day off and keep yourself full!
Under 200 calories!
