I just did this work out half an hour after eating breakfast and I feel awesome!! You guys should really check out this channel, a lot of work out vids including, yoga, health info, cardio and etc. are posted each day~ I typically go through and pick out a few videos and do the exercises in the morning on the days I don`t plan on heading out to the gym, always got to keep moving :)
