A Fat-Burning 4 Minute Workout

Okay so if you are like me and want to workout BUT dont have the time, then this workout is for you.
I do this workout in the morning and it takes just 4 minutes (6 minutes if you include a warm up) Whats great about this workout is that it is super effective for the amount of time you are working out.

Here is what you do-
20 sec. of high knees
10 sec. rest
20 sec. burpees
10 sec. rest
20 sec. squat jumps
10 sec. rest
20 sec. mountain climbers
10 sec rest
Repeat 1 more time for a full 4 minute workout.

If you have the time ,you can repeat this workout 4-6 more times. Just make sure you are giving your all when preforming the exercises and you could burn as much calories as if you went on a 20-30 min run! Talk about time saving!
