You are familiar with a treadmill and what is for but someone adapted the concept to climbing and created the Treadwall.
The treadwall has a rolling carpet where you just climb away because it will keep rolling and the "rocks" that you hold on to climb will keep showing up. You can also adjust the incline and decline to make the workouts/climbs tougher or easier.
There is actually other models with different "treadmills"/walls to climb.
I think this is a genius idea and the person that invented had an awesome concept, i would never think of applying the concept of the treadmill to a climbing wall but it actually makes sense and it seems like it would be a effective and fun machine.
I wonder if gyms will start getting this machines, i hope so because they seem fun and they can make for an effective workout.
What do you think of the treadwall?
Have you rock climbed before?
Do you use a treamill?
