Reading the title, don`t you already feel unfit? lol. I used to be a gymnast and a ballerina so trust me, I know first hand how hard it is to stay fit and strong. You always have to be in tip-top shape, exercise on a regular basis, and eat properly. So when I saw this in the news, I just had to spread the word.
She`s an 86-year old woman from Germany named <strong>Johanna Quass.</strong> Yes, that was NOT a typo. She really is 86 years old!! Crazy right? At the Cottbus World Cup, that was recently held in Germany, she performed a parallel bars routine. Yes, parallel bars is usually a men`s event, but I guess for this particular tournament, women are allowed to participate. Although she didn`t win with her routine, she was definitely most inspiring. Just imagine how she was when she was younger!
