There`s nothing like homemade breakfast to start your morning off. I love prepping breakfast at home for myself and my friends. Its so easy and so much fun.

Prepping a healthy and balanced breakfast is really simple. Hot breakfast is the best and a great way to add protein to your day.

Scramble up some eggs, fry up a fee pieces of bacon and cut up some fruit and there you have it.
