8 glasses of water a day?

I recently read from an online article that 8 glasses of water was only the minimum water in take a person should have a day and no the maximum. it is the * glasses that ensures that our body has the minimum amount of water to keep our skin moist and prevents our lips from cracking. I recently strted to track the amount of water i drank a day to make sure that i had a minimum of 8 glasses of water and within a week i was able to see many improvements.
