Homemade soup is filling and lacks artificial chemicals that may be in canned soups. Also one of the easiest dishes to make! I came up with this version because I could not find anything like it at my local stores or restaurants.
1 1/2 cups water =0 calories
3 med stalks celery = 18 calories
1 Cup Mushrooms, canned drained or fresh =39 calories
1 tsp. Concentrated Chicken Broth (Better than Bouillon brand) = 15 Calories
1 tbsp Dried Chives = 0 Calories
1 tsp Siracha Chili sauce (Toung of Siracha brand) =5 Calories
Pepper to taste if needed.
Add 1/4 to 1/2 cup of water if level gets too low while cooking veggies- don`t let them dry out.
6-8 minutes cook time on med high heat is all it takes. Makes a large bowl of soup, Only 77 Calories Total!! You can have half now and half later!! Enjoy! Picture and recipe are my own original creation.
