After reading this article im feeling a bit lazy and that i should go to a gym lol i say this because being into bodybuilding requires a huge amount of dedication and work, always working out and be on point with your diet and thats what this 75 year old woman is doing.
Bodybuilding is a form of exercise i would never imagine being done by someone much older, especially at 75 years old. She is Ernestine Shepherd and she says that exercise is her anti- aging pill, which i see her point because exercise does help a lot of people look and feel younger.
Ernestine started exercise at 56 and bodybuilding when she was 71 and has been doing it ever since, running 10 miles a day ( i wish i could run that much! ) and despite all the training and competitions, she still manages to have the time to be a regular grandmother and spend time with her grandchildren.
I think she is awesome! I wish i had that dedication, i mean the woman is more ripped than a lot of us, certainly more than me lol The fact that she started lifting at 71 brings down all of our excuses to avoid the gym.
