It was supposed to be my rest day today because my thighs and abs were burning from my hiking interval yesterday.
But I ended up walking for 3 hours with my boyfriend so that burned a good 500 calories.
Not bad for a "rest day".
Oh yea, it`s Friday! How was everyone`s week? Did everyone keep up with their fitness goals? =)
