I know no one wants to do it. I bet I`m not the only one who hates DIETING. It`s the word that makes you think cupcakes and pizza. But you can actually loose weight by doing these things and not changing your regulal life-style.
1. Drink plenty of water
You can loose up to 5 extra pounds/year by drinking 6 big glasses of water. It helps your skin and flushes out the toxins of your body. Easy enough to do?
2. Eat breakfest everyday
you are more likely to eat less on that day when you eat a breakfest.
3. Cut down your liquid calories
Sodas, juices & alcohol contains a lot of calories. And do not just swich to diet coke - cut them completely. If you absolutely can`t be without alcohol drink vodka mixed with cranberry juice or diet coke!
4. trim portions
If you did nothing else but reduce your portions by 10%-20%, you would lose weight. Buy smaller plates and bowls, that`ll make it easier
5. Don`t eat at night
try not to eat after 8p.m. Your body has hard time digesting while you`re sleeping.
