Self has a great little slideshow up at the moment that is designed to give you a series of quick ab exercises that will target the abs. Just in time for summer, this is a quick supplement to any workout to target problem areas. I say supplement because this itself will probably not make a huge difference. One must remember that a proper diet and cardio routine is key to any good workout routine :)
