I hope you Enjoy this five minute Exercise tutorial on how to Tone your shoulders. I believe that the dumbells used in this video are about 5 pounds but that does not mean you should start off with 5 pound weights yourself, It is ideal to start off with 3 pounds weight to be cautious that you do not strain your muscles.
