I love this free app!! If you watch what you eat, you may be familiar with the 40/30/30 proportion of eating protein/fat/carbs. This is supposed to make sure if you split the percentage of your food this way, you will be getting optimum nutrition to build muscle and lose fat, especially if you are working out. What you use this for is if you have a food and want to know the nutritional 40/30/30 breakdown. You can look at the nutrition facts label and enter the grams of carbs, protein and fat and it will convert it to the 40/30/30 percentages for you. It really comes in handy if you are trying to make sure that a snack or a meal is close to your 40/30/30 goals. I highly recommend!
