So, I started Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred this month. I just finished Level 1 today and tomorrow I will start level 2.
So far, I`m loving this workout. It`s very difficult to do but it only takes 20 minutes. I also started the 30 Day Shred diet the day I started the workouts and I`ve been able to stick to it very effortlessly. The diet is a very crucial part of the 30 Day Shred and it`s got some really great meal plans.
So far, I have already seen results. After the first 7 days I already lost 2 pounds but I can tell in inches I`ve lost even more. My clothes fit so much better than they did just 10 days ago. I`m very excited to see the results once I get to 30 days!
