3 Tips to find more energy to workout.

One of the most common excuses people make not to go to the gym is because they are tired. Long day, still have to make dinner, watch the kids, get on my couch, and gain fat. Of course that`s a valid point because you don`t have motivation to do anything but there are ways to find energy and finally start working on that body.

<strong>- Drink cold water</strong>. It will not only wake you up and makes your heart pump faster, it also speeds up your metabolism which allows you to burn more calories during the day.

<strong>- Have good breakfast</strong>. After you wake up your stomach is looking for a source of food and goes into starvation mode because it`s not sure when will be the next time you eat. That can easily drain your energy. So glad a quick protein bar or some protein before you go to work/school and you will feel more energized throughout the day.

<strong>- Prepare your IPod</strong>. LMAO does more than just motivates you, it gives you energy. So stop listening to those eye-tearing songs and get some good jams on that will raise your heartbeat.
