Hi guys! Today I did lots of exercise and my legs felt like they were going to bend. I took my dog to the park to jog with me and he was a handful. Than at night my stepdad and I tried to do the JillianMichaels get ripped in 30 days and OMG I felt like jelly! I think it was too much for the day since in my daily life I do not do any exercise at all.
Breakfast was 2 gorditas with chicharron (Mexican food) and a glass of orange juice.
