Today is day 2 and I feel like I am procrastinating. I achieved my daily goals but other than that I did nothing much. No exercise activity at all! I actually got up to go to work because I woke up with no pain but almost at the end of the lunch rush I started to have pain so I came home after lunch. I do a lot of walking at work so that does not help my situation. Hopefully tomorrow will be a better day.
