Hello everyone, (note: this is actually not day 1, but I could not change the title after the posting)
So I have recently decided to start a habit challenge. I came upon a video that says that it takes 21 days to create a habit or learn something and since I needed to start new good habits for myself I wanted to try this to see if it really worked. Here is my start to good changes to my life. Come along for the ride and see my progress to good health in the mini vlogs I am adding to my youtube channel. I was just told by my doctor that I need to lose weight because my health is not that great so I this is very important to me. In the up coming month I will also be going thru surgery and it is imperative that I lose the weight and stick to this new good habits. Wish me luck!
Habit N. 1: Drink a bottle of water every morning upon waking up, before getting out of bed.
Habit N. 2: Must have breakfast every morning. ( I would never have breakfast before this)
