If any of you have seen my previous post, you`ll know that I am working on slowly getting healthy and losing weight. An app that I have been using is the 200+ Squats app. Is available for download on iTunes, not sure if they have it for the android market yet. The app is exactly what it`s called, all about squats. For those that don`t know, squats are a really good form of exercise.
This app when you first start off, asks you do count and do as many squats as you can without breaks to see where you are in terms of fitness levels. Then it tailors the program around your level of fitness. When you first start out, they start with a few squats per rep, per round. Then as you progress, it slowly ups the number of squats you do per rep. The number of rounds stay at 5, but the number of squats you do per round increases.
