So I`ve been working on this Walk to Jog plan that`s meant to have me jogging for a full 44 minutes by the end of 12 weeks.
I just started it 3 weeks ago and so far, so good. But I have a really small lung capacity so my breathing becomes very laboured in a short amount of time. I wonder if I`ll be able to manage this all the way through!
What I do like about this program is that it gets you jogging in very small incriments every week so it`s great for people who have very little experience running.
However, although it doesn`t seem like a very intensive workout for the first several weeks [ you can see the plan in the source link I`ve attached ] if you`re used to exercising very little it`s going to be a challenge even in the early stages!
