this recipe makes two slices of french toast
2 medium eggs
2 slice of bread
small drop of milk (optional)
salt and pepper (for seasoning)
whisk/ egg beater/ fork
skillet/ frying pan
O1. crack the eggs into a bowl and beat a little with a fork/ whisk/ egg beater, then add milk and salt&pepper, and continue beating eggs.
O2. heat the oil in the skillet
O3. dip a slice of bread into the egg mixture, then turn it over and dip again, making sure the bread is completely covered in it
O4. drop bread onto skillet
O5. let it cook until the bottom is golden brown (just lift it a little with the spatula to check)
O6. once that side is cooked, flip it over using the spatula until the other side it cooked
O7. set the toast onto your plate and then cook the other slice of bread, and then enjoy!
