I am finally in the stage of my diet where I am able to eat normal food again. I still have to maintain it and stay within the no carb and no sugar limits but last night was my cheating day where I was just going all out with carbs. So me and my boyfriend decided to stay in and just make a quick dinner. Well he mostly did all of the cooking because he doesnt like me being in the kitchen when he works his magic :P
I know this looks simple but its something that we both love. Spaghetti with parmesan cheese and some spices. I have not eaten this forever and was so happy to finally have some carbs in me lol We added some cucumbers and tomatoes with bread just to be more filling and it was delicious!
