I am always looking for products with sugar substitutes and this fits that category perfectly. its fairly low- carb and packs an good amount of protein into 100 calories. This one looks a little more granular than most protein powders in the canister and if you are worried it might be gritty....i will tell you right now that it dissolves soothly with water or milk..
