These 10 foods are known as superfood because they`re super healthy and also help you lose weight at the same time

1. Wild Salmon
2. Apples
3. Quinoa
4. Lentils
5. Olive Oil
6. Eggs
7. Yogurt
8. Sweet Potato
9. Kiwi
10. Edamame

Now that I know this list, I am trying to get more and more of these foods in my diet.
