So this healthy food guide, is something that I swear by now that I want to become a bit more healthier and leaner. What ever I eat now has to be in one of the sections. Of course, watch your portions as well. But the overall idea is to eat healthy. I have this printed and posted where I can see it everyday to remind me, but now that`s its become such a habit, I feel awesome!
