6) Spinach and carrots
they make your skin stronger and can help reduce aging.
It has vitamin E which is good for you complexion and it hydrates and moisturizes your skin!
The zinc prevents pimples and zits.
9) Baked Potato
They have tons of copper, which helps support your skin and lets it heal faster.
These contain riboflavin, which is key for helping your skin repair itself.
