Today I finally went to try out this Bakery near my area because alot of people on yelp was raving about these burgers. I`m not a fan of burgers because I think they`re too bulky for me to eat lol. Messy as well.. but the reviews were too good to be true so I need to give myself a chance to try it out. So I ordered both bibimbap burger & bulgogi burger. Shared half with my boyfriend because I want to try both to see which one taste better.
THE BIBIMBAP BURGER | $6.50
This burger is made of a bulgogi patty with lettuce, tomato, shredded carrots, cucumber, onions, a fried egg and korean chili paste on top of a fresh baked bun. I prefer eating it like this than with rice, Because I don`t like their original one which you eat with rice. It`s very smart that they make it into a burger.
THE BULGOGI BURGER | $6.50
This was also a really great burger, and actually kept more to a traditional burger flavor. It had the marinated bulgogi patty, and came with lettuce, tomato, onion, cheddar cheese and mustard. I really enjoyed this burger as well because its more towards the sweet side and has much more flavors inside the meat.
I was very impressed with the burgers because the flavors were really tasty. If I wanted to eat it again, I have to go back here because its homemade which means only they know how to make it taste that good. Not alot of places had the idea like they did. Because bibimbap are usually served over rice. I don`t like it AT ALL. I don`t understand how Koreans eat it.. its so bland of veggies and rice. Anyway I think its very unique that they turned to a burger. This is the best burger I`ve ever ate in my life. Seriously.. if you live in atlanta, ga you need to check this place out!
