Asymmetrical Earrings

Studs. I have a love hate relationship with these babies. Some are simple and some have a bit more detail that dresses up your outfit a little. Why do I hate them? I have a tendency to lose them. I have a collection of these stray earrings, which seem to have no hope for the future. However, Alicia Keys has inspired me to make use of them...by pairing them with long, dangly earrings! This asymmetrical look has been worn by Alicia for a few occasions and she definitely pulls this off well. If you have detailed stud, pair it with a simple long earring. And vice versa. If you part your hair so that you have more hair on one side than the other, the more detailed piece should be worn on the side that has less hair so it is exposed.
