Why does Japan always seem to get the cool things first? Japan will be getting the PS3 Slim in "Satin Silver" March 10. The new silver color follows the release of white and blue colors last year. Japanese buyers can decide between a 160 GB version for $366 or a 320 GB version for $427.
Sure nothing about the hardware is different, but I am the kind of person to purchase something just because of the color. When the red Wii came out, I was all for it (glad I resisted and purchased the Xbox though).
