Okay this is funny. Traci K and her humor with the latest project her all american reality home workouts. She is taking her past experiences with fitness reality tv and her military workouts in combination. It is quite funny the promos and talks about lugg them leg lifts, t back exercises, down and dirty pushups. I started laughing. Although it is a really good workout. And she even has facepaint on.
The reality shows and military seem to have a bit in common. For they both get locked down or in the barracks so to speak.
You have to pretty much live out of your duffle bag or suitcase lugg it around. HA! I like it! You can buy it on demand or the whole series.
